Lee’s deep Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) experience began when she spent a decade on Wall Street as a senior investment banker working at notable firms including Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Jefferies.
Her extensive investment banking experience focused on M&A activities which included both buy-side (buyer) and sell-side (seller) advisory representation. She also worked on capital raising initiatives which included initial public offerings, secondary equity offerings, debt securities and private placements.
After investment banking, Lee ran Corporate Development (in-house M&A) for two publicly-traded companies. She was responsible for leading corporate M&A initiatives, acquisition integration activities, other strategic initiatives and investor relations activities.
Additionally, Lee also led a large M&A roll-up initiative with a multi-billion dollar private equity firm where she was responsible for conducting add-on acquisitions and acquisition integration activities. These activities created significant shareholder value.
Adding to her M&A expertise, Lee has broad experience with private equity investments, capital raises, business development, strategic initiatives, finance and operations. Her critical perspectives as an investor and operator are very powerful, and ICP leverages her unique background as an advisor, principal investor and strategic operator.
Lee holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University. She also holds a variety of Merger & Acquisition designations and other investment credentials.
